The intuitive art process is expressive and full of layers of abstraction, it has many layers of emotional bold mark making, drips, brustrokes. Like many forms of painting, the viewers are touched in personal ways and will reflect something from their own life as well as the artists herself. This is an original piece of art

This piece evolved in such an organic way, I’m not surprised that an elephant shape appeared with a figure, the under layer had marks and writings about how we are stronger than we could ever think we are as humans. I think this is the perfect metaphor for what I as the artist was feeling, it’s a reminder that we can communicate with a higher energy (that I refer to as God) and absorb strength to get through the worst of days leaving us feeling a bit lighter and uplifted.
