Hey friends, I’m Kelly, the girl behind Girl UPcycled Studio!
I work to bring custom artworks to life and teach other creative souls how to live a life surrounded by art and inspiration. You can find me creating from my colorful little studio and brick and mortar shop located in Putnam Historic District in Downtown Zanesville, OH. You can also catch me creating live on my Facebook page and Youtube channel.
I’ve channeled a lifetime of artistry into teaching other creatives how to find and nurture their own unique artistic voice. Each week, I teach students across the globe in the Creators Club, a monthly online membership. I also provide in-person classes at the studio for a fun, artistic night out.
If you stop by the studio, you’ll find one-of-a-kind artwork and furnishing for your home, and inspiration perfect for your next project. I proudly carry a variety of DIY and art products in-store and online including all-natural clay-based mineral chalk-style DIY Paint and finishing products from Debi’s Design Diary, Iron Orchid Design products, and Paint Pixie brushes.
I believe in showcasing and supporting local artists, so you will also find a whimsical variety of handmade products from other local artists including jewelry, home decor, candles, UPcycled Jewelry, and many unique crafts.
Before starting the brick and mortar shop, I worked for nearly 25 years supporting corporate companies in a variety of artistic roles around commercial window painting, decorating, event sites, and more. I had the opportunity to work with a major Ohio commercial decorating company during the Extreme Makeover Home Edition that took place in Columbus, Ohio.
