Shipping, Returns & Refund Policies

Orders placed before Wednesday at 5pm will typically processed and shipped out the same week. Orders placed after Thursday can expected to be processed and shipped to you the following week.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 working days, using USPS, UPS or FED Ex. Flat rate shipping fee applies to some orders shipping outside of Ohio if necessary. We always ship with the lowest shipping cost we can get for you.

I'm sorry, We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges will reflect the items weight and it's final shipping destination.

Are You Local?

If you are checking out and are located local, please feel free to check out using the "LOCAL PICK UP" option prior to checking out, you will receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled and will be waiting on you at the counter. You may pick up your item Friday-Saturday 12-6:00 pm or you may contact me at kelly@girlupcycledstudio.com to set up a time to pick up at your convenience on another day!

Returns & Refund policies

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Kelly@girlupcycledstudio.com. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (include photos) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom paintings and products (such as special commison art orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
