Here's What to expect:
- Saturday March 15, 2:00 pm in event space
- Class will be approximately 2-2.5 hrs long
- Registration is required-please don't delay seats fill fast!
- Floral Still Life
- Learn techniques and tips to painting loose "painterly" floral art
- Direction and demo on proper composition is provided to get everyone started in the right direction.
- Exploring color, layers and depth
- Supplies are provided (however if you have favorite brushes, paints etc, you are welcome to bring them
- Each person will be encouraged to follow thier own intuition as we paint together, this wil not be taught as a beginner step by step but rather teaching and guiding you as you get the feel for the loose and sometimes juicy style of painting.
- Of course, if you're more comfortable following my lead you are more than welcome, my goal is to gently nudge artists as they discover their own voice and recognize their fingerprint within their works
- Bring refreshments with you if you prefer, bottled water will be provided.
Class will be Taught by Artist Kelly Wiler:
Kelly is a full time artist living in Ohio with her husband and Daughter, she teaches both inside her local studio as well as throughout various cities in the United States, She has been a curator for the Nationally Circulated Turquoise Iris Artist Journal as well as featured in the magazine. Kelly teaches on various platforms online including her Youtube Channel and is always excited to see the growth and connections made from the various people that take her classes.
